Job Summary
Remote, 1-year contract Domestic Content Adder Compliance Auditor (DCACA) supporting renewable energy projects. Responsible for reviewing, validating, and tracking documentation to substantiate eligibility for the Domestic Content Adder under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Duties include receiving and organizing contractor and vendor submissions, confirming completeness and accuracy against project-specific requirements and internal checklists, documenting deficiencies, coordinating timely remediation of gaps, and reporting status to management. Enter and reconcile DCA document review outcomes in trackers/dashboards, apply quality controls for data integrity, and ensure timely closure of open items. Travel up to 15% may be required. Must have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in compliance/audit/document control/contract administration, plus proficiency with Excel and SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, document control, contract administration, or similar work requiring detailed review and validation of supporting documentation
- Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, bills of materials, manufacturer certifications, origin/traceability records)
- Proficiency with Excel and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive) and comfort maintaining trackers, version control, and dashboards
