Job Summary
Provide high-quality domestic assistance and general housekeeping tasks while travelling between clients' homes in Kalgoorlie and surrounds. Prepare meals to support clients with basic nutrition needs and offer social support to help them remain engaged in their community. Follow a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app to maintain independence and adhere to a Monday–Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm shift. Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license, as autonomous travel is essential. Earn $41.08 per hour plus super and a travel allowance, with provided mobile phone access and various discounts. Required Qualifications
- 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience
- A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
