Job Summary
Provide high-quality domestic assistance, general housekeeping, and meal preparation while supporting clients to maintain independence. Travel between clients' homes following a digital schedule and care plan accessed via a mobile app, requiring a reliable vehicle and autonomous work capability. Deliver social support to keep clients engaged in their community. This role requires 3-6 months of domestic or industrial cleaning experience, a valid unrestricted driver's license, and excellent communication skills. Earn $43.03 per hour casual inclusive of loading and super, plus a $1.03 per km travel allowance. Silverchain is a nationally accredited not-for-profit home care provider committed to safe, personal, and effective care standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience
- A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Must live in Brockman, Carnarvon, East Carnarvon, Greys Plain, Kingsford, Morgantown, North Plantations, South Carnarvon, South Plantations
