Job Summary
Domain Consultant leading specialty insurance initiatives in London with 10+ years in P&C expertise across Cyber, Marine, Energy, Professional Liability, and E&S. Supports underwriting, distribution, and digital transformation; analyzes underwriting processes, supports submission-to-bind and policy lifecycles, and bridges business and IT through workshops and requirements documentation. Responsibilities include business analysis (BRDs, use cases, process flows, gap analysis), process optimization (digital underwriting and automation), stakeholder engagement, and testing/implementation support (UAT, post-go-live activities). Preferred exposure to London Market and familiarity with specialty platforms and digital/AI trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years
- 5–8+ years in Specialty Insurance
- Strong underwriting and distribution knowledge
- SDLC and Agile experience
