Dogwood Farm Equipment Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the farm fleet, including trucks, UTVs, tractors, and implements. Coordinate preventative maintenance activities, manage repairs, and supervise equipment usage while maintaining safety and operational efficiency. Stock inventory of supplies such as filters, oil, and DEF; order parts; and complete repairs. Maintain service records and update the asset list. This role requires weekend or holiday availability for animal care and the ability to perform physical work outdoors. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed and based on season
- Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Knowledge and experience working with farm animals
