Job Summary
Dog Welfare Supervisor at Dogs Trust rehoming centre. Responsible for supervising Dog Welfare Assistants to ensure daily exercise, training, enrichment, and clean, comfortable kennels until each dog finds a home. Coordinate kennel block, support induction and training, perform monthly supervisions, and ensure high standards of dog care and adherence to procedures. May act as site supervisor on a rota basis. Requires ability to lead by example, supervise staff in day-to-day tasks, and a full, manual driving licence as driving will be part of the role. This is a fixed-term contract from July 2026 to November 2027. Interviews scheduled for 29th June at Shrewsbury Rehoming Centre.
