Job Summary
Conduct 4-10 daily dog walks and cat sittings for over 400 active clients, managing back-to-back visits within strict time frames. Work independently while communicating daily updates to clients and staff through our internal system. Maintain strong animal intuition and patience during visits, adhering to a schedule of 10:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday with one weekend rotation per quarter. This part-time role offers $16+ hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, health insurance, and paid pet first aid training for animal lovers seeking flexibility in the Twin Cities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong animal intuition skills
- Animal-lover
- Endless amounts of patience when it comes to animals
- Availability between 10:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday and one weekend a quarter (four times a year)
- Able to make a long-term commitment
- Must have a smart phone and computer and internet access
- Must have reliable transportation
- Live in or near our service area
- Flexible schedule
- Able to walk in all weather
