Job Summary
Conduct in-home pet sitting visits and dog walks while clients travel, including feeding, waste cleanup, playtime, and administering medication per detailed instructions. Send visit updates and photos through our app, bring in mail or packages, and adjust home settings like lights or blinds as requested. Perform 30 to 90-minute walks up to three times daily or provide extended daytime stays of two to eight hours, with overnight care and 24-hour live-in options available. Weekend and holiday availability is especially valuable for matching with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced with dog or cat care, especially in a pet sitting capacity
- Confidently handle dogs from small to large
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Smartphone with reliable internet & camera
- Medication experience (oral, injections, fluids)
- Holiday & weekend availability
