Job Summary
Conduct in-home pet sitting visits and dog walks while clients travel, including feeding pets, cleaning waste, administering medication, and delivering mail. Provide companionship and affection based on individual pet personalities, then send visit updates and photos through our app. Follow detailed client care instructions and adjust home settings like lights or trash as requested. Perform walks ranging from 30 to 90 minutes daily or offer extended daytime stays and overnight care. Maintain availability for weekends, holidays, and various hours to match client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced with dog or cat care, especially in a pet sitting capacity
- Confidently handle dogs from small to large
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Smartphone with reliable internet & camera
- Medication experience (oral, injections, fluids)
- Holiday & weekend availability
