Job Summary
Independent contractor dog sitter/dog walker role in Oakland, CA (SF East Bay Metro Area). Provide in-home dog care including walks, drop-ins, overnights, or live-in house sitting based on your availability; follow detailed care instructions; walk dogs with leash handling and situational awareness; send updates with notes and photos after each visit; maintain cleanliness and respect client homes. Service types include walks (30-90 minutes), drop-ins (30-60 minutes), extended daytime visits (4-8 hours), overnights (10-hour stays), and 24-hour live-in care.
