Dog Groomer

Dog Groomer at Scenthound responsible for grooming dogs to Scenthound standards, focusing on puppy cuts (one length all-over with a neat face), and maintaining a safe, sanitary grooming environment. Must identify when help is needed to stay on schedule, ensure safety of dogs and team, and perform role-based tasks assigned by the Scenter Manager. Requires effective communication with team members and dog parents, problem-solving, attention to detail, time-management, and the ability to self-critique to uphold high grooming standards. Needs knowledge of dog breeds, care standards, and tools of the trade; lift up to 70 pounds; reliable transportation; and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
