Groom dogs to Scenthound standards using puppy cuts, ensuring one length all-over with neat faces while maintaining safety for dogs and team members. Adhere to sanitary and cleaning practices, identify when assistance is needed to keep the schedule on track, and perform other tasks assigned by the Scenter Manager. Create an environment conducive to learning, open communication, and teamwork. This role requires at least one year of grooming experience or graduation from a grooming school, knowledge of dog breeds and care standards, and the strength to lift up to 70 pounds. Candidates must have reliable transportation and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
