Dog Groomer - Pet Stylist

Job Summary
Conduct daily dog grooming services including breed cuts, hair coat management, and client consultations while ensuring all grooms occur within camera view and a 90-minute time frame. Maintain strict safety protocols by verifying dog evaluations, disinfecting equipment, and reporting any injuries or concerns immediately. Manage client appointments via phone calls and adhere to Camp Bow Wow's Pack Pride document and operational standards. Work weekends, nights, and holidays with reliable transportation, utilizing quarterly blade sharpening and professional maintenance routines. Ensure compliance with franchise expectations, health/safety regulations, and local agency requirements while collaborating with the General Manager to set operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must sign the Pack Pride document and agree to practice the tenets of this document daily.
- Must pass Online Camper Certification and CPR/First Aid online classes within 90 days of employment.
- You must have your own reliable transportation
- You must not be allergic to animals
- Must be willing to work weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- A love for all animals, and especially dogs, is a must
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to build client relationships
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong face-to-face customer service orientation with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Demonstrate experience in Process Improvement
- Demonstrate experience in Decision Making
