Groom to Scenthound standards with puppy-cut-only styling (one length all-over with a neat face), delivering grooming services and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Responsibilities include creating a positive, collaborative team atmosphere, identifying when help is needed to maintain schedule, ensuring dog and team safety, adhering to sanitary practices, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager. Skills include effective communication with team members and dog parents, problem-solving, attention to detail, time-management, and the ability to self-critique to uphold high grooming standards.
