Dog Daycare/Kennel Shiftlead at Bark + Boarding Manassas

Lead daycare and kennel operations by preparing meals, administering medication, and evaluating dog temperaments for single-pack playgroups and boarding suites. Maintain facility cleanliness, complete all required logs and incident reports, and assign opening and closing activities to attendants. Train new staff on SOPs, provide verbal and written feedback, and utilize team development opportunities for injuries or customer complaints. Hold shift members accountable to standards while communicating behavioral concerns and developmental needs to supervisors. Work full-time including weekends and holidays at a rate of $14-$16 depending on experience.
