Camp Bow Wow Albany is hiring a full-time Dog Daycare Front Desk Representative. Responsibilities include customer service, managing reservations, and caring for dogs. Must have excellent communication skills and a passion for dogs. Flexible availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Must love dogs and demonstrate no fear across all breeds and sizes.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with both pets and people.
- Have a positive attitude, are extremely detailed oriented, trustworthy, punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be physically able to lift 150+ pounds.
- Have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be 18.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous dog daycare and boarding or veterinary reception experience helpful, but not required.
- Experience in customer service and sales
