Job Summary
Supervise group dog play sessions, manage pack dynamics, monitor dog body language, redirect inappropriate behavior, separate dogs when needed, walk dogs between play areas, and clean/sanitize play yards. Monitor health and report concerns, document playgroup notes and behavior observations, and communicate updates to leadership and pet parents. Must be confident supervising groups of dogs, knowledgeable about dog behavior and pack dynamics, calm and safety-focused, physically active, and able to lift up to 60 lbs. Schedule is full-time with Monday–Friday shifts plus weekend and holiday availability; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, paid training, pet care discounts, and growth opportunities.
