Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, and use the Gingr computer program to check dogs in and out. Oversee groups of dogs during playtime, ensuring their safety at all times, while capturing photos and videos of the dogs throughout the day. Assist with teaching them basic obedience commands and interact with both human and canine guests. This permanent part-time role offers $15 hourly plus tips, with shifts ranging from 6:15 AM to 10:15 AM, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or reception hours. Candidates must be US citizens, 18 or older, and able to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US
- Standing or walking, kneeling, crouching, squatting, bending, and sitting
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to communicate with customers in a friendly manner
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Basic knowledge of computer/tablet functions
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be teachable, flexible, and dependable
