Job Summary
Greet customers and their dogs with a warm demeanor while managing check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries. Maintain a clean lobby and lobby area, then support the team with administrative tasks as needed. Assist where required, including working directly with dogs in groups of 25+ during enrichment, cleaning, or bathing duties. Provide a positive atmosphere for both pets and owners in our Phoenix, AZ daycare and boarding facility.
