Job Summary
Design, produce, and deliver curricula, training, program improvement, and related education services to agencies to ensure mandated goals and meet emerging needs. Review and approve local educational programs while monitoring school districts through the NJQSAC system to implement program improvement services. Perform compliance reviews on behalf of other DOE program offices and respond to constituent inquiries regarding educational services. Work independently in monitoring and evaluating education programs statewide under general direction of the Executive County Superintendent.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Education or related field
- Four (4) years of experience in education programs in a school district or other educational institution
- New Jersey residency within one (1) year of employment
- Authorization to work in the United States according to Department of Homeland Security, United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in providing, coordinating, or administering curricula
- An understanding of the federal and state education requirements
- The use of Federal Every Student Succeeds Act (Federal ESEA) funds by school districts
