Job Summary
Prep the yard for business openings and closings, then load and unload equipment while communicating rental details with the Rental Coordinator. Wash and repair returned items to ensure they are rent-ready, inspect small equipment for quality, and manage hookups for trailers or smaller rented items. Organize and arrange equipment to enhance the yard's overall visual appeal. This full-time role in Missoula runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and pass forklift, AWP, and propane training tests. Required Qualifications
- Active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass forklift, AWP, and propane training tests
- Strong focus on safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to comprehend job-related duties in both verbal and written formats
- Comfortable working with limited supervision at times
- Ability to work fluctuating schedules, including some Saturdays
- Ability to take instruction and understand goals and processes
- Ability to complete other duties as assigned
