Job Summary
Travel to customers' locations to inspect commercial roofs, communicate with clients to identify problem areas, and measure roofs to estimate material and labor needs. Collaborate with the sales force to provide accurate data for proposal creation and assist in marketing new accounts. Requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Bid Estimating Software, along with a valid driver's license and ability to climb ladders up to 25 feet. This entry-level role supports sales representatives within CentiMark's national commercial roofing network.
Required Qualifications
- Active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program
- Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
- General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience
- A valid driver's license in good standing
- Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Successful candidates must demonstrate initiative
- Successful candidates must demonstrate a good work ethic
- Successful candidates must demonstrate attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, EPDM, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS
