Provision and manage systems account access via Rippling and Google Workspace SSO, handling the full user lifecycle including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes. Implement and maintain MFA, conditional access, and identity governance policies while monitoring and auditing system access, authentication logs, and platform activity. Respond to security incidents related to identity and access, develop automations for account management and reporting, and integrate systems using APIs to reduce manual work. Partner with Security, HR, and Engineering to define and enforce access policies, provide internal support for authentication issues, and document system configurations and security procedures. This internship includes certification training, mentorship via weekly Zoom meetings, and courses on PM fundamentals and interview skills for active-duty U.S. Military Members.
