Job Summary
Assist daily operations and support cross-functional teams while contributing to projects involving research, analysis, and reporting. Participate in team meetings to offer input based on your background in Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, or Cybersecurity. Gain experience in specific technologies and tools relevant to your role, building professional skills in communication and problem-solving. This capstone training occurs during the final 180 days of active duty service, with the DoD covering salary and benefits while industry partners provide hands-on civilian work experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active security clearance
- Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member
- Eligible for the SkillBridge program
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills

- Proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in the fields of Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity
