Job Summary
Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams while contributing to project completion, including research, analysis, and reporting. Participate in team meetings to offer input and suggestions based on your background, and gain experience in specific technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role. Build and enhance professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving through hands-on training and mentorship. This capstone internship connects active duty service members with industry partners for up to 180 days of permissive duty, allowing you to apply military expertise in Technology and Innovation fields. You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop essential skills for a civilian career transition.
Required Qualifications
- Active security clearance
- Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member and eligible for the SkillBridge program
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in the fields of Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity
