Job Summary
SkillBridge Intern role for transitioning service members to gain civilian work experience in Technology and Innovation fields. Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, supporting cross-functional teams, contributing to projects through research, analysis, and reporting, participating in team meetings, and gaining experience with technologies and processes relevant to the role. Emphasis on developing communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with mentorship and practical civilian career exposure during the last 180 days of service.
Required Qualifications
- Active security clearance is required
- Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member and eligible for the SkillBridge program
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity
