Job Summary
SkillBridge Intern with a STEM background to join SimVentions’ DoD SkillBridge Internship program. The role offers hands-on civilian work experience for transitioning service members, with mentorship and opportunities to contribute to projects across Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity. Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, supporting cross-functional teams, contributing to research, analysis, and reporting, participating in team meetings, and gaining experience in relevant technologies and processes while applying military leadership and communication skills to civilian, career-focused initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Active Duty service members eligible for SkillBridge
- Clearance: Active security clearance required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in Technology/Software Engineering/Systems Engineering/Modeling and Simulation/Cybersecurity
