Job Summary
Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams while contributing to project completion, including research, analysis, and reporting. Participate in team meetings to offer input based on your background and expertise, and gain experience in specific technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role. Build and enhance professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving through hands-on training and mentorship during the 180-day internship period. This capstone experience connects transitioning service members with industry partners to apply military skills in civilian fields of technology and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member
- Eligible for the SkillBridge program
- Active security clearance
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in the fields of Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity
