DoD SkillBridge - Estimator (Roofing)

Job Summary
Assist with developing project quotes and estimates using company software while supporting proposal and scope-of-work creation for commercial roofing projects. Review architectural and construction drawings to perform project take-offs and collaborate with project managers to develop accurate and profitable estimates. Aid in project submittals, contract documentation, and bidding processes, utilizing estimating software and Microsoft Office applications to prepare project documentation. Participate in site visits and field observations as needed to develop an understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and industry best practices. This internship translates military planning and analytical skills into civilian construction and project support roles within CentiMark Corporation, the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to climb ladders and access rooftop work areas when required
