Job Summary
Conduct an 8-week immersive training program focused on preparing participants to pass CAPM, PMP, and PMI-ACP certification exams while earning required contact hours. Deliver mentorship on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview skills, and veteran-friendly job search strategies through career fairs and specialized job boards. Provide instruction on project management fundamentals and Scrum Master frameworks within an in-person workshop format at Fort Bliss, Texas, for active-duty transitioning military members and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Active-duty transitioning military member who is an E4 or above
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- Must live in or around the Fort Bliss, Texas area
- Must be able to receive command approval to attend
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Vets2PM Project Management Fundamentals Certificate
- Functional laptop or portable device able to run specifications required for exam simulators and classroom mediums
