Job Summary
Plan, organize, and implement holistic daily programming for residents, including recreational, educational, cultural, and wellness activities. Supervise Connections team members, train staff in activity implementation, and coordinate monthly calendars, newsletters, and resident highlight publications. Assist in organizing events, volunteer involvement, and interdepartmental programs while communicating regularly with residents and families to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety and wellness standards, including infection control, and support the resident move-in process. Manage inventory for program supplies and contribute to budget development. Serve as Manager on Duty and assist with community-wide initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Gerontology, Psychology, or related field
- Certified Activity Professional
- Experience in healthcare, education, recreation, or service-related industries
- Strong organizational and communication skills
