Build up and assemble units in passenger coaches, including roofs, cable harnesses, mounted parts, electrical racks, and panels. Apply adhesive, assemble, and align floor panels, windows, and door assemblies. Install mechanical components such as insulation, sidewall panels, seating, and luggage racks. Route and connect electrical wiring harnesses to final termination points and subassemblies. Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components as required. Work from production blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, wire lists, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce electrical or electro-mechanical subassemblies. Use fine motor skills to assemble small parts with excellent dexterity.
