Job Summary
Develop and deliver Cyber workforce training materials, including modules, videos, executive briefs, and fact sheets for employees, managers, and HR personnel. Translate complex information into clear communications products while ensuring all outputs meet Section 508 accessibility requirements. Collaborate with government stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce audio-visual content for digital distribution and social media. This role supports the DoD Office of the CIO's Workforce Innovation Division and DCWF at Mark Center in Arlington, VA. Candidates must possess an active Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree, and ten years of experience in training development and audio-visual production.

- 10 years of relevant field experience
- Minimum of 10 years of general experience in training development and production of audio-visual training materials
- Experience developing audio-visual and training materials
- Products designed for social media and digital distribution
- Knowledge and practical application of Section 508 compliance requirements for digital and training products
- Experience using Canva and the Adobe Acrobat suite
- Experience developing video, audio-visual, training, and digital communications products
- Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with senior officials and senior staff
- Familiarity with Service- and/or OSD-level strategy, policy, governance, or resource allocation processes
- Background and training in knowledge management and collaborative tools, including Microsoft SharePoint
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
