Job Summary
Execute documentation and grain-related transaction requirements for export customers while ensuring compliance with international trade, Letters of Credit, and U.S. Export regulations. Prepare data reports for company analysis including PNW exports, weekly vessel laytime calculations, and ship analysis. Coordinate required documents under grain contracts, oversee government regulation compliance, and maintain accounts payable and receivable related to vessel loading. Invoicing and processing settlements for export charges, carrying charges, FOB settlements, and tariff charges. Create company resources for contract terms, grain grading specifications, and testing requirements. Work with banks on letter of credit negotiations and issue loading instructions. Partner with international carriers, government agencies, and business partners to facilitate shipment executions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED degree
- Four-year degree
- Experience in agriculture or transportation industries
- Knowledge in international trade
- Knowledge in Letters of Credit
- Knowledge in U.S. Export regulations
- Knowledge in standard international protocols and requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
