Documentation Management Specialist role in West Palm Beach, FL focusing on ensuring accuracy of referrals and orders, managing SOC/signature workflows, traveling with care coordinators to referral partner offices, updating delivery methods in KanTime, generating and submitting updates in Smartsheet, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation across EMR systems. Key duties include reviewing referrals and physician/facility information, monitoring daily reports, coordinating with referral partners to obtain signatures and outstanding paperwork, and producing reports on orders and follow-ups to support timely patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have previous experience working with an EMR system.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Advanced typing, computer skills (MS Office), and the ability to multitask across multiple software systems while maintaining the integrity of the data.
- Excels in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to remain productive when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
