Job Summary
Create and maintain Bills of Materials, part numbers, and Assembly/Boxbuild documentation while managing electronic and hard copy documents. Perform AVL maintenance and handle engineering changes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports the Saline Team in an EMS provider specializing in high-reliability electronic assemblies for sectors including Aerospace, Defense, and Life Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret a variety of engineering documents such as specifications, component data sheets, assembly drawings, ECO's and PCR's
- Familiar with electronic components
- Familiar with manufacturing documentation processes including BOM's, AVL, Part numbering and MRP systems
- Data entry skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Communication Skills – including the ability to interact with engineering and other operations departments
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with computer aided manufacturing software such as CircuitCam
