Job Summary
As a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for imaging documents according to corporate retention policies and fulfilling media requests including billing statements, applications, terms and conditions, and sales slips. You will manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and provide various support functions and reporting. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to make sound decisions effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment
- Work experience with handling/processing business documents
- Work experience with Microsoft Office programs
