Job Summary
Create high-quality user manuals, how-to guides, and reference documents for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with developers, quality engineers, and project managers to gather information from subject matter experts and ensure accuracy. Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity and usability while researching complex technical information to present it in a user-friendly manner. Requires an IT-II security clearance or T3 background investigation, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong writing skills. Familiarity with software development processes, creating infographics, and understanding AI is desired.
Required Qualifications
- IT-II security clearance requirement or previous T3 background investigation
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field
