Job Summary
Documentation Risk Specialist III responsible for loan documentation and post-booking review of attorney-prepared loans. Analyze loan worksheets for proposed new, renewed, and amended credit transactions to determine required documentation, establish a comprehensive closing checklist, ensure proper loan approvals, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. Prepare or audit complex loan documents (notes, security agreements, loan agreements, mortgages, disclosures, resolutions) for loan closings; advise lending staff on documentation issues and ensure timely, accurate processing. Build solid relationships with vendors and internal teams to keep loans progressing, manage follow-up tasks in the Collateral Management System, and support timely loan closings. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and 3-4 years of related experience in Commercial Lending, Collateral or Loan Operations.
