Requires high school education, at least one year in a professional office/clerical/customer-service setting, proficient computer skills (MS Office), strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work part-time in White Lake, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 1 year experience in a fast-paced professional office clerical and customer-focused service capacity
- MS Office Suite experience desirable
- Good oral and written communication skills with management, customers and peers
- Ability to remain professional, rational and kind in high stress, high demand, and sometimes contentious situations
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
