Job Summary
Create and maintain service documentation, including service notes, handbooks, and replacement part concepts. Manage documentation systems and train service teams on their usage while coordinating the publication of technical materials. Support R&D requirements for new developments and improve data quality in ERP and support systems. Handle replacement part topics within the ERP system and assist in developing VR training for the service organization. Requires a technical degree, SAP ERP experience, and strong German and English skills. Full-time role with excellent German and English language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrungen in der Dokumentation von technischen Sachverhalten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise Kenntnisse aus unserem Arbeitsbereich (Sondermaschinenbau, Vakuumtechnik, Elektronik, technische Mechanik)
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP ERP
