Job Summary

Lead and participate in the creation of Configuration and Data Management (CDM) policies, processes, and tools. Ensure maintenance of product baselines, provide auditability, and deliver training on CDM processes. Monitor costs, budgets, schedules, and manpower requirements while establishing work methodologies and gathering data for project support. Evaluate options for project tasks, participate in strategic and tactical planning, and coordinate changes among engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and program management. Lead root cause and corrective action initiatives and provide leadership in audit functions. This role requires a Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship. Combined salary range is $106,477.00 - $115,212.00 /Yr.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience)
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • A Bachelor's of Science or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Subject matter expert (SME) in Configuration Data Management
  • Proficient understanding and application of engineering principles, concepts, practices, and standards
  • Strong grasp of industry Configuration Management practices and engineering principles
  • Understanding of engineering drawing practices and standards
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and process design
  • Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and training
  • Advanced decision-making and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Effective interaction with senior internal and external personnel
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Product Data Management applications
