Documentation Controller

Documentation Controller role focused on accurate Emerson product documentation to meet customer and sales requirements. Responsibilities include understanding and collecting documentation from factories and sources, expediting processes when necessary, creating and delivering electronic and/or hard documentation to internal/external customers by agreed dates, reviewing customer comments and implementing necessary modifications, converting documentation into the requested form, and maintaining effective communication with European sales offices, customers, and factories. The role requires systematic, well-documented work, a liaison between sales offices, factories, and customers to achieve high customer service levels, and a capability to operate with some home office flexibility (hybrid). English proficiency, a university/college degree, and digital literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required, along with strong customer focus and communication skills. Preferred qualification includes an additional European language at an intermediate level.
