Job Summary
Manage legal documentation for the Warehouse Lending customer base by reviewing, validating, and coordinating execution of facility agreements, amendments, and waiver letters with external counsel. Partner with credit analysts and relationship managers to ensure accuracy against internal approvals while overseeing invoice processing, scheduling, and shared drive management. Leverage AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to draft, summarize, and improve document quality, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive workflows. Serve as a liaison across IT, Compliance, and Legal to support cross-functional projects and process improvements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, mortgage lending experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in mortgage warehouse lending
- Experience with legal documentation management

- Experience using or willingness to actively adopt AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar platforms, to support documentation and administrative workflows
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with document management systems and shared drive platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and remote work technologies
