Job Summary
Ensure client account data requests and updates remain accurate and current. Review insurance verification notes to determine necessary documentation department work. Identify and resolve documentation errors externally and internally within the Bard teams. Adhere to phone compliance standards including Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, and ACW while entering daily production numbers and submitting sales logs. Create files, copy coversheets, and provide completed documentation to appropriate departments. Fosters positive interactions with physician office staff to facilitate long-term working relationships with Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. This 12-month contract role in Stuart, FL, requires evening shifts, weekends, and overtime, with a high school diploma and one to two years of related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools
- Ability to write internal and external business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, team members, and/or customers
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Ability to apply intermediate math skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Advanced analytical reasoning to include ability to forecast exponentials within work flow processes and reason against outside factors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Access or other database software
- ability to utilize or knowledge of call center telecommunications software
- Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs
