Job Summary
Support Emergency Operations Center (EOC) with records management, document control system maintenance, and collection, scanning, and uploading of operational program documentation. Coordinate with staff to ensure required documentation is received, complete, and accurate before filing, while providing general administrative and clerical support within the EOC environment. Adapt to changing priorities as needed, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe products, SharePoint, and other document management systems. Candidates must be willing to deploy on short notice for temporary assignments, including nights, weekends, and extended hours during activations. Requires a high school diploma, two years of related experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Valid driver's license
- Candidates must be willing and available to deploy on short notice, as needed
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale disaster response operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and extended deployments as needed
- Extended hours and rapid response may be required during activations
- Ability to interpret technical data
