Job Summary

As the first point of contact for document production requests, the Control Desk Coordinator monitors and assigns work to the Document Services team, ensuring timely and accurate project completion. This role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills, along with knowledge of legal document formatting.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with legal comparison software (Workshare Compare, Litera, DeltaView, etc.)
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
  • 5 years of experience in legal document production
  • At least 1 year in a control desk, workflow coordination, or supervisory role

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
