Job Summary
Act as the frontline contact for Latham's Global Document Services team by managing inbound emails, intaking work requests, and assigning tasks to staff while maintaining the ServiceNow job queue. Estimate job duration and difficulty to negotiate achievable deadlines, then communicate statuses and ensure timely completion of assignments. Create, revise, and format document files using advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat skills while troubleshooting issues and responding to customer inquiries. This role supports attorneys, paralegals, and professional staff within the Manchester office on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Relevant experience in a law firm or other professional services firm
- Microsoft certifications in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability to understand intricacies of documents and work requests, and leverage that ability into accurate estimation of job duration
- Display the ability to analyse/troubleshoot issues and implement appropriate solutions
