Job Summary

Document Production Administrator provides dedicated administrative support to the Document Production function within Global Business Support, handling data reporting, tracking, onboarding, and cross-team coordination. Responsibilities include preparing weekly/monthly/ad-hoc documentation for data reviews (including Monthly Information Reports, GBS Financial breakdowns, PBi dashboards, and SNOW outputs), maintaining the GBS FTE and Travel Tracker, scheduling support for GBS Team Leads, managing automated Hols and Abs documents, contributing to newsletters and tipsheets, tracking overtime/TOIL/WFH requests, assisting with onboarding new joiners, making timecard adjustments in SNOW, coordinating training progress across shifts, collecting feedback responses, coordinating travel arrangements (including visa processing), and supporting end-of-ends processing of expenses. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of multinational experience, with proficiency in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel and strong communication, accuracy, and prioritization skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to MS Office 365 Associate level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written English and proofreading skills
