Job Summary
Load deals into the virtual queue and initiate Zoom calls with the Virtual Finance Manager to transition customers and set expectations for the Virtual Finance Interface process. Accurately prepare federal, state, and dealership paperwork for submission to Accounting, resolve documentation errors and held offerings, and monitor finance contract funding within established time frames. Secure and finalize all transactions while maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment. Build strong relationships with accounting, sales, and management teams while demonstrating behaviors aligned with Group 1's core values. Requires prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, or F&I departments, strong communication skills, and ability to work flexible evening and weekend schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, or F&I departments within a dealership
